YOUR AI CAN DOA LOT MORE THANANSWER QUESTIONS.
The first call, 30 min, free
Mine writes the quote from the call, chases the invoice and texts me my whole day every morning. I set it up myself, no programmer, and I teach business owners to do the same, one-on-one, on Zoom. Twelve weekly sessions, $5,000, after a free call. Nothing goes out without you seeing it.

What ends up on the list.
The first session finds your list. This is not a woodshop class where everyone builds a chair. Here is what usually ends up on the list.
Your website, in your hands.
The ideal first build. You see the whole machine, the pages, the search, the forms, and you can change any of it the day you want to. Showing up on Google takes dozens of pages, and now you are the one who can add them.
Spreadsheets that do things.
If you track anything in a spreadsheet, it can become a database that acts: it sends the reminder, updates the record, flags the problem before you see it.
A screen on top of it all.
Put a simple screen over that data, and a new hire learns how your business runs in an afternoon instead of a month.
An agent for the grind.
Hand the hard or repetitive work to an agent: the follow-ups, the sorting, the research, the first draft of everything.
The one nobody sells.
At Moonshine, a customer fills out a menu. The menu writes the contract. The signed contract starts the production, and one system behind it tracks every client, contractor and invoice. The one that only exists in your business, because only you could have seen it.
Here is one from last month. When someone books a call on our site, an agent checks whether we have spoken before. If we have not, it goes and reads everything public about them, writes a short briefing, turns it into a voice note, and drops it into the calendar fifteen minutes before the meeting. Click, listen, walk in knowing who you are talking to. From the idea to it running took about an hour.
Most people who say they use AI are typing into a chat box. It answers, they copy, they paste. Useful, and nowhere near what it can do. The AI that changes a business is the one you build yourself, around the work only you understand.
A first project that would have cost thirty thousand dollars.
Allison co-owns Mr. Swindle's, a traveling circus for adults that tours Florida under a climate-controlled big top. She had never written a line of HTML. Her first project with Claude was the show's website, the kind of site an agency bills thirty thousand dollars for.
She did not stop there. She built the apps that handle contracts for her performers. She runs the permitting process for every city on the tour through AI. Then she built a talking Zoltar fortune machine on a Raspberry Pi and a camera: walk up, drop in a coin, have a conversation, and it prints your fortune. And a second attraction that photographs guests and puts their face on one of the show's characters. Claude told her which wires went where.

Start free. Then twelve weeks, one session a week.
Come with a business or with an idea. You do not need a name yet.
The first call. Free.
Thirty minutes, one-on-one, on Zoom. You bring your most tedious task. We find out where you are with AI, whether we are a fit, and exactly what the first weeks would build. Nothing gets built on the call. The building starts in week one.
Set up. Weeks one to three.
You are probably already using AI. These three weeks make it earn its keep: the right account, the right model, your files connected, and one tedious task gone for good. You go from using AI to running on it.
Build. Weeks four to eleven.
Your list. Every owner has one: the things you cannot get to, the things that cost too much, the things you never learned, and the things that would make the business what you pictured when you started it. We go down it together and you build each one yourself. The website is the ideal place to start, because you see every part of the machine and feel the difference inside a week. It is not the only place. If a franchise owns your site, we start with the bookings, the books, or whatever is next on your list. Each week is built around what you want solved, not a syllabus, and between sessions your AI keeps working on what we started.
Hand-off. Week twelve.
The last session plugs your AI into the SEO tools and tactics library, so the site keeps getting found after we stop meeting, and you run the whole thing without me.
After that, Keep going, $250 a month: questions by email, an open hour every week, and the weekly SEO tools and tactics included. Cancel anytime.

The first call costs nothing. Book it, bring your most tedious task, and we find out together whether this is for you.
Book a callIt is a real conversation, not a pitch. If this is not the right fit, we will tell you.
Is this for me?
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Most people who come have never opened Terminal. If you can run a business, you can run this.
- Where does this happen?
- On Zoom. So it is near you, wherever you are, and you never have to leave the house.
- What happens on the free call?
- Thirty minutes on Zoom. You tell me about your most tedious task, I tell you what I would build and how long it would take, and we both find out whether this is a fit. No slides, no pitch deck. If it is not right for you, I will say so on the call.
- What happens in a session?
- About an hour, sometimes two, once a week, on Zoom. You share your screen. I walk you through it, then you do it yourself while I watch, until it runs without me. Everybody walks away able to run the thing on their own.
- Will you build it for me?
- No. You build it and I sit next to you until it runs without me. If you want someone to hand you a finished site and walk away, there are agencies for that, and I will say so on the call.
- What if it is not for me?
- We will say so on the call. It is a conversation, not a pitch.
Taught by someone who uses it to run a company, not to demo it.

I am Ian Blei. I am a filmmaker. I have run Moonshine Media Group, a video production company, for years, and for the last stretch it has run on AI that I set up myself, without being a programmer. I made every mistake first and hit every wall, which is why the people I teach get to skip them. I also enjoy this more than almost anything, and people tend to notice.
K3YS is where I teach it: AI training and consulting for small business owners, one-on-one, on Zoom.
Start with a conversation.
Tell me what you are trying to build or fix. I will tell you honestly whether this gets you there.
